Part of what made former NBA Slam Dunk champion Spud Webb so popular was not only his dunking prowess, but also the fact that he was the first NBA player under six feet tall to win the contest. Now another small dunker pays tribute to Webb as an even shorter dunker had a Spud moment of his own.

Standing 5 feet 5 inches tall, dunker Porter Maberry paid tribute to one of his dunking idols as he rocked a Spud Webb Atlanta Hawks jersey for his best and final dunk. Maberry easily cleared the large volunteer, who towered over him by at least a foot. The crowd went wild and as no surprise to anyone, Maberry won the contest with a perfect 50 score.
