It's not necessarily uncommon for future NBA stars to have played with or against each other in school or on AAU teams. However, in this epic matchup future stars would collide as Blake Griffin took on Derrick Rose and Eric Gordon.

Back in 2006, future NBA stars Derrick Rose and Eric Gordon would team up on AAU team Mean Streets Express, forming one of the best back courts in AAU history. Given their current statuses (Rose having won league MVP honors & Gordon coming off a solid playoff series with the New Orleans Pelicans), it's safe to say that they were a forced to be reckoned early on in their careers. On the receiving end, Blake Griffin, (who would later go on to become a human highlight reel and an All-Star for the Los Angeles Clippers) unfortunately couldn't keep up with the future NBA stars.
