Going in to the 1997 NBA Finals, the Western Conference's best team, the Utah Jazz took on the best in the East, the Chicago Bulls. Taking a 3-2 series lead over the Jazz, the Bulls returned to the United Center with an opportunity to close out the series at home in Chicago. However, the Jazz wouldn't go down without a fight. With 28 seconds left on the clock, the Bulls called a timeout, hoping to seal the win.

The Jazz felt confident though that the Bulls would once again rely on Michael Jordan to take the final shot. So they decided to double-team him.

Jordan though, saw the double-team coming. It was in this brief moment on the bench that he turned to their point guard, Steve Kerr and whispered the game winning play.
