1996 was a remarkable year for the NBA. In hindsight, the '96 draft class was considered the best. That was until the year 2003. Between the the two draft classes, there were twenty NBA All-Stars, over five NBA MVP Awards and an abundance of talent.

While it's almost a guarantee that there will be at least one or two truly exceptional players every few years or in at least one draft class, these two didn't just have one. They had many. Boasting a long list of high caliber players and unique talents, there were once in a lifetime individuals who stood out amongst a sea of great players.

From Kobe Bryant to Steve Nash and Ray Allen, 1996 was a was considered the best NBA Draft class since 1984. In hindsight, who knew that that year would give us some of the greatest basketball players to ever play the game?

Then came the year 2003, in which the highly touted high schooler LeBron James would make his debut. Considered a truly special players, James had the potential to live up to the likes of Michael Jordan it was said.

Ultimately he delivered, but so did many of his fellow draftees that year. From future teammates Chris Bosh and Dwayne Wade to Carmelo Anthony, this draft class also boasted rare talents.

Was 2003 better than 1996 or does 1996 still stand at the top of all-time NBA Draft classes? Or do you think 1984 is still the best?
