Sacramento Kings point guard Rajon Rondo has always been an enigmatic character. Most of the time, his strange behavior is often tolerated due to his unique talents. In fact, it's largely laughed off. Case in point, this feeble attempt to trip Deron which was actually even ignored by the NBA.

The four-time NBA All-Star and 2008 NBA Champion with the Boston Celtics has always been a puzzling character. Under the right circumstances, his one-of-a-kind talent can really shine. With the Boston Celtics, under the tutelage of the respected Doc Rivers and surrounded by hall of famers Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce and Ray Allen, Rondo thrived.

However, when Rivers and the original 'Big 3' departed Rondo regressed into inconsistency. A move to the Dallas Mavericks didn't help either and Rondo ended up with the Sacramento Kings, where he remains today. Luckily, things seem to be clicking for Rondo here, now paired with a kindred spirit in the form of occasionally troubled star DeMarcus Cousins.

The ultra competitive Rondo, who notoriously competes against kids in Connect Four, showed off that side when he tried to kick Mavericks guard Deron Williams' foot from the sideline. Williams' shot would go on to win the game, so it can be assumed Rondo did it to keep the Kings from losing the game. Luckily for him, the NBA reviewed it and decided he would not be punished.
